Accepting applications for PGY V. All incoming residents must satisfactorily complete a PMR residency in a ACGME accredited institution. Thus, we urge all interested applicants to apply for the fellowship at the end of their PGY III or in the beginning of the PGY IV senior year. All interested applicants must do the following before an interview will be granted:

		Copy of USMLE/NBOME step I, II, III Score Reports
		Copy of Medical School Dean’s Letter
		Copy of SAE-R Score Reports
		Copy of Medical School Transcripts and Diploma

Acceptance
Accepted applicants must obtain the following before they can begin training on July 1st.

	•	Diploma ACMGE PR&M program
	•	California Radiology Supervisor's License
